reasonable stay near the museum district
great breakfast simple choices early check early check late check late check dated room dated room
the location was fantastic! i could walk to many museums. the breakfast offered simple choices but all were delicious! the staff was friendly, obliging and helpful. they allowed me to check in early since my room was ready.
the check in process was late and it didn't give us much time to chill in the room. i had to push several times for the check in. the rooms were dated and not very sound proof.

fresh food comfy bed zero urgency broken shower
The breakfast here was super nice with fresh food always topped up. I really liked the comfy bed in my room too. The hotel has a great intimate feeling, and there is all types of beverages available all day. I thought the experience was 10/10.
Our shower broke and it took several days for them to fix it. This was a problem because we couldn't get clean. It was like there was zero urgency to solve the broken shower.

My 'Medium Room 1 Double Bed' was spacious. It had tasteful decor that added character. I found fresh options at breakfast. All day drinks were a generous extra. I appreciated that the location was tucked away on a quiet street near the luxury district.
Check-in was a little late. I wanted time to settle after my early flight.

museum access constant snacks friendly staff
The location is AMAZING. I walked to several museums and enjoyed quick access to local attractions. The hotel offered snacks and drinks available ALL the time. I found this convenient. The staff was helpful. I appreciated the friendly service I received from every person I encountered.
The room was a little smaller than expected.

great perks and convenient location
complimentary breakfast nice touch free bikes helpful staff
the complimentary breakfast included a good selection of pastries and eggs. i took advantage of the free snacks and drinks available throughout the day it was quite a nice touch. the hotel offers free bikes to explore the city which i used one afternoon. the staff were helpful providing directions and recommendations when asked.
the bathroom was a bit dated with some minor wear and tear visible on the shower door frame.

a mixed experience.
cheap fixtures yellow stains
the hotel's location was acceptable, it was close to the museum complex.
the room was disappointing. i found the shower fixtures were cheap and worn. also, the shower curtain looked unhygienic with yellow stains.
